1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is Insomnia Cookies UK Ltd (“the Promoter”).
1.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any airline, hotel, travel provider, or social media platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its franchisees, affiliates, agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be required.
2.4 Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be invalid.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The promotion opens at 00:01 on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Saturday 14 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Entry

4.1 During the Promotional Period, entrants may enter by:

• Placing a pre-order with a minimum spend of £10, and

• Scheduling the order for delivery or collection on 14 February 2026 (Valentine’s Day).

4.2 Each qualifying purchase entry will result in one (1) entry into the prize draw.

Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, entrants may submit their full name, email address, and UK postal address to marketing@insomniacookies.co.uk during the Promotional Period.

4.4 All valid free entries will be entered into the same prize draw and will be treated equally to purchase entries.

Entry Conditions

4.5 Maximum of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4.6 Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or not successfully fulfilled (in the case of purchase entries) will be invalid.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5.2 The prize draw will take place on 16 February 2026.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
6.2 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. The Prize

7.1 The prize consists of a trip to Paris for two (2) people, including:

• Return economy flights from the nearest possible UK airport offering direct flights to Paris, booked by the Promoter (maximum total value £250)

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a luxury hotel in Paris, selected by the Promoter (maximum total value £600)

• £500 spending money, provided by the Promoter

7.2 The total prize value is capped at the amounts stated above.
7.3 Any costs exceeding these limits must be paid by the winner.

8. Travel Conditions & Restrictions

8.1 Travel must take place within calendar year 2026.
8.2 Preferred travel dates may be requested by the winner, subject to availability and prize value limits.
8.3 All flights and accommodation will be booked by the Promoter.
8.4 No changes can be made once bookings are confirmed.
8.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternative.

9. Exclusions – What the Prize Does Not Include

The prize does not include, without limitation:

• Travel insurance

• Transport to or from UK airports

• Transfers in Paris

• Checked baggage, seat upgrades, or airline extras

• Meals, drinks, minibar, room service, or hotel incidentals

• Passports, visas, or travel documentation

• Any expenses not expressly listed in Clause 7

10. Winner Responsibilities

10.1 The winner and their guest are solely responsible for:

• Holding valid passports

• Meeting all visa, immigration, health, and entry requirements

• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance

10.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility if the winner or guest is unable to travel due to failure to meet these requirements.

11. Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

• Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers

• Loss, damage, injury, illness, or death occurring during the prize trip

• Events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including force majeure events

11.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Insomnia Cookies UK Ltd is the data controller.
12.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
12.3 Data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for prize fulfilment and audit purposes, unless further consent is provided.

13. Publicity

13.1 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion without additional compensation.
13.2 This may include the use of the winner’s name, image, and/or social media content.

14. General

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
