Win a Trip to Paris Valentine's Day 2026

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this competition is Insomnia Cookies UK (“the Promoter”).
1.2 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party travel providers, airlines, hotels, or social media platforms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its franchisees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be required.
2.4 Only entries made in accordance with these Terms & Conditions will be valid.

3. Promotional Period

3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Friday 13 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3.2 Any entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into the draw.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the competition, customers must, during the Promotional Period:

• Place a pre-order with a minimum spend of £10
• Schedule the order for delivery or collection on Valentine’s Day, 14 February 2026

4.2 Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry into the competition, regardless of the order value above the £10 minimum spend.
4.3 No additional purchase beyond the £10 minimum spend is required.
4.4 Orders that are cancelled, refunded (in whole or in part), fraudulent, or not successfully fulfilled will not be eligible.
4.5 No cash alternative or free entry route is available.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on 15 February 2026.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winner Notification

6.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of order.
6.2 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. The Prize

7.1 The prize consists of a trip to Paris for two (2) people, including:

• Return flights from the nearest possible UK airport offering direct flights to Paris, booked by the Promoter
• Flight costs covered up to a maximum of £250 total
• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a luxury hotel in Paris, selected by the Promoter
• Accommodation costs covered up to a maximum of £600 total
• £500 spending money, provided by the Promoter

7.2 The total prize value is strictly limited to the above amounts.
7.3 Any costs exceeding these limits must be paid by the winner.

8. Travel Conditions & Restrictions

8.1 Travel must take place within calendar year 2026.
8.2 The winner may request preferred travel dates, subject to availability and the prize value caps.
8.3 All flights and accommodation will be booked by the Promoter.
8.4 No changes can be made once bookings are confirmed.
8.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or any alternative.

9. Exclusions – What the Prize Does NOT Include

The prize does not include, without limitation:

• Travel insurance
• Transport to or from UK airports
• Airport transfers in Paris
• Checked baggage, seat upgrades, or airline extras
• Meals, drinks, minibar, room service, or hotel incidentals
• Passports, visas, or travel documentation
• Any expenses not expressly listed in Section 7

10. Winner Responsibilities

10.1 The winner and their guest are solely responsible for:

• Holding valid passports
• Meeting all visa, immigration, health, and entry requirements
• Obtaining adequate travel insurance

10.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to travel due to documentation, eligibility, or compliance issues.

11. Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third-party suppliers
• Loss, damage, injury, illness, or death occurring during the prize trip
• Events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including force majeure events

11.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy.
12.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of this competition unless further consent is provided.

13. Publicity

13.1 The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion without additional compensation.
13.2 This may include the use of name, image, and/or social media content.

14. General

14.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
